SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum requirement!

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes anywhere between 7–28 business days. 

Shipping may take a little longer than purchasing from a local store, this is because we get direct from the manufacturer, and this is how we can give you prices a lot cheaper than what retail offer.

1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we ship everywhere in the world.

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Except for our headwear and print on demand T-shirt collection which are shipped out of our fulfillment center in Southern California, all other collections are shipped from our partnered factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing time takes 2-4 business days before shipment. Average delivery time will vary by country and region, the general guideline is

USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Spain, France, Netherlands, Thailand and Switzerland will be 10-22 days. Most European countries will average between 16-40 days.

Most countries in Asia, will be 20-40 days. For South America and Africa will be 30-60 days.

For our Print on Demand collection shipping out of Southern California.

Processing time is 5 business days.

Shipping Time is 3 - 5 business days USA

                            5 – 20  business days Worldwide

 

4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?

While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we ship We can help you reship your order or offer a refund should there be any problem with your order. You will be able to track your order once your order is shipped.

5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

We ship from different parts of China using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number at QigongApparel@gmail.com

6. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE A CERTAIN DATE?

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
